Training practitioners to go deeper responsibly.

Nai Do Transpersonal Academy grew out of my own experience of learning this work.

Over the years, I became increasingly interested not only in what practitioners were being taught, but in how they were learning to become practitioners.

Knowing a technique is one thing but knowing how to use it responsibly, when to use it, when not to use it, and how to stay present when something unexpected happens is something else.

That distinction is at the heart of Nai Do.

Technique is only part of the training.

A practitioner can learn a script, an induction, a regression protocol or a Parts Therapy technique, but eventually they are sitting across from a real person with a real history, real emotions, and an experience that may not follow the training manual.

That is where professional development becomes personal.

You have to know yourself.

You have to understand your own reactions and assumptions.

You have to develop the ability to stay curious rather than rushing to fix.

And you have to learn how to hold another person's experience without taking it away from them.

This is why personal development isn't an optional extra at Nai Do.

It is part of becoming a practitioner.

What we teach

Nai Do brings together clinical and transpersonal approaches to therapeutic practice, including:

  • Clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapy

  • Regression therapy

  • Parts Therapy

  • Ericksonian approaches

  • Subconscious process work

  • Trauma-aware practice

  • Therapeutic presence

  • Practitioner development and self-reflection

  • Supervised client practice

  • Advanced transpersonal practice

The aim isn't to create practitioners who all work in exactly the same way.

It is to help practitioners develop the knowledge, skills, judgement, and self-awareness to develop a practice that is genuinely their own.

The professional pathway

Certified Transpersonal Practitioner Programme

The CTPP is the foundation of the Nai Do professional pathway.

It is an 11-month, 500-hour training combining live teaching, supervision, independent study, and client practice.

It is designed for people who want to develop a serious professional foundation in transpersonal hypnotherapy, regression therapy, and Parts Therapy.

My approach to teaching

I don't believe practitioners become confident because someone tells them they are ready.

Confidence grows through experience, through practising, through getting things wrong and understanding why, through receiving feedback, through learning to recognise what is happening in the room and through developing enough self-awareness to keep learning long after the formal training ends.

That is the kind of practitioner development I want Nai Do to support.

Not just “I know the technique.”

But:

“I understand what I am doing, why I am doing it, and how to hold the responsibility that comes with it.”

If that is the kind of training you are looking for, I'd love you to explore Nai Do.
